I recognize and acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the prevention of any injuries, loss of personal property, or other possible damages resulting from the use of Website. It is my sole responsibility to obtain all authorizations required by the law or my child’s school to allow my child to participate in any work opportunities. I understand that participation on Website does not obligate my child to accept any work opportunities. In consideration of my child's participation on Website, I agree to release the owners of the Website SAFELYHIRE 4KIDS LLC (“Company”) and its trustees, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any and all liabilities, damages, losses and/or causes of action (collectively, "Claims") that I or my child may suffer or have, including without limitation, to our persons or property or both, which arise out of, directly or indirectly, are related to or in connection with, or occur during, my child's participation on Website, except to the extent any such Claims are caused by willful misconduct of the employees of Company.
